Hi, I'm Rogerio.

A coach for the moments when something has to change — and you want a steady, honest partner walking alongside you.

I work with professionals navigating career pivots, stepping into bigger leadership, and asking the deeper questions about what they actually want their lives to look like.

My approach is grounded and direct. We'll create a strong partnership to get clear on what matters, name what's getting in the way, and build the kind of action that's both brave and sustainable.

I bring more than 20 years of experience leading global teams, complex projects, and people through change — across multinational organizations in technology, consumer goods, and enterprise software, with work in Canada, Brazil, and Latin America.

For the past 8 years, I've also coached professionals at IBM and mentored Computer Science students at the University of Toronto.

With over two decades of senior global leadership across Canada and Latin America, my career spans IT, supply chain, procurement, and sales enablement. I specialize in leading cross-functional teams through major transitions—from standing up organizations from scratch to navigating cross-cultural complexity. Today, I bring that exact real-world experience into my coaching practice, helping leaders hold steady through ambiguity, ask the right questions, and find traction in uncertain times.
